  Investigation of the complaint  
   
  Update student on the status of the investigation  
   
  Complaint resolution  
   
  Update student on the solution  
   
  Monitor the affected student  
   
  Refer to CASE Mediation Centre if student is not satisfied  
   
  Refer to Small Claim Tribunal if student is not satisfied with CASE Mediation Centre  
   
  Opportunity for improvement
