A Student who transfers from the Course to another course with Nanyang Learning House shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Course and the Refund Policy shall apply unless as otherwise agreed between Nanyang Learning House and the Student.
A Student who withdraws from Nanyang Learning House to enrol with another school shall be deemed to have withdrawn from Nanyang Learning House.
